A unique feature to the Toshiba HBM is the Manual Pendant Control with Teach function. All control for manual machine operations are centralized on the pendant operation box for easy execution of combination CNC and manual operations. The Automatic spindle bar clamp mechanism greatly increases the cutting force by increasing rigidity.

FPT’s foundation requirements are up to 50% less the cost thanks to its’ revolutionary “morphology” design allowing a more “floor level” design for easy accessibility. A wide selection of different milling heads allow to satisfy the most difficult needs in machining. The automatic head changer system allows high flexibility and automation.

Both Toshiba and FPT offer optional configurations to allow multiple floor plates and rotary tables with full 360,000 degree positioning as well as many other special options upon request.
