SERVICE

P. D. Browne South's installation and maintenance services are provided by a combination of direct factory engineers and our service team. In all cases, customers are assured of appropriate and timely response to their service needs, by highly trained and well-qualified personnel. Our records show, and our customers will attest, that in over 95 percent of all service requests received by our service coordinator, the response time has been 24 hours or less. Our technicians have many years of mechanical experience working with machine tools.

Mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic problems are serviced promptly. Maintenance training, preventive maintenance programs and recommended schedules are all available. We also specialize in retrofitting of fourth axis rotary tables to all Fanuc equipped machine tools.

Unlike most other machine tool distributors service organizations, our technicians will provide assistance on machine tools of most all manufacturers for after warranty requirements.
